The RT9715 is a low-cost, low-voltage, single N-MOSFET high-side power switch IC suitable for USB applications. Low switching resistance (typical. 90 MΩ) and low supply current (typical. 50uA).

Typical Application Circuit

RT9715 integrates an overcurrent protection circuit, a short turn back circuit, a hot stop circuit and an undervoltage lock circuit to achieve overall protection. In addition, the flag output can be used to indicate the fault to the local USB controller.
