Avago - PIN diode designed for low distortion attenuator applications (HSMP-3810-TR1G)

Avago's new HSMP-3810-TR1G 1A, 100V 3-pin PIN diode HSMP-381x series is designed for low distortion attenuator applications. The device has ultra-low parasitic inductance in SOT-23 and SOT-323 packages. The company says they are specifically designed for use at frequencies above the upper limit of conventional diodes.
