 Fairchild FSV ultra-low VF Schottky rectifier. Ultra-low forward voltage drop rectifier has low thermal resistance, small size, typical height of 1.1mm and RoHS compliance. The device's FSV uses a green molding compound that complies with the IEC61249 standard, is compliant with the EU RoHS 2011/65 / EU directive, is lead-free, and meets the AEC-Q101 Rev. C standard.
