Infineon - Smart high-side power switch suitable for harsh automotive environment (BTS500151TADATMA1)

Infineon BTS50015-1TAD intelligent high-end power switch is packaged in PG-TO-263-7-8, with protection and diagnostic functions. The device is a 1.5mohm single-channel smart high-end power switch and includes Infineon® ReverSave ™ functionality. The switch has low standby current and 3.3V to VS level input pins. The power transistor is constructed of an N-channel power MOSFET with a charge pump. It is specifically designed to drive high current loads up to 80A, suitable for applications in harsh automotive environments, such as switched battery couplers, distribution switches, heaters, glow plugs.
