Kingbright's surface mount LED RGB chip LED. The series consists of 3-chip devices that provide RGB (red, green, blue) LEDs and water-free lenses with a viewing angle of 120 degrees. They come in a variety of different packages with different package sizes. The company says that their RGB chips together create a full-color LED that can produce any color in the visible spectrum, including white light.
