Lattice - Ultra low-power FPGAs and sensor managers with instant-on capability (iCE40)

Lattice's iCE40 UltraLite series has the best logic, small size, low I / O number, ultra-low power FPGA and sensor manager, with instant-on function. These devices are designed for ultra-low-power mobile applications such as smartphones, tablets and handheld devices. The iCE40 UltraLite family includes integrated blocks that interface with almost all mobile sensors and application processors. They also have two on-chip oscillators, 9.7kHz and 48MHz. LFOSC (9.7kHz) is ideal for low power functions in normally open applications, while HFOSC (48MHz) can be used for wake-up activities.
