NXP Semiconductor - Medium-power 1A transistors available in 45V, 60V and 80V versions (BC5xPAS)

NXP Semiconductors' BC5xPAS NPN power transistors are available in 45V, 60V or 80V versions with a collector current rating of 1A. The smaller DFN2020D-3 package of the BC5xPAS transistor is ideal for smaller PCBs. The BC5xPAS transistor is designed for a variety of projects, including linear regulators, battery-driven devices, low-side switches, power management, and amplifiers. The BC5xPAS series also meets the automotive requirements of AEC-Q101.
