Rohm - Step-down switching regulators integrate internal high-side 42V power MOSFETs (BD9G101G)

Rohm's BD9G101G simple buck switching regulator has an integrated internal high-end 42V power MOSFET. These devices provide 0.5A DC output and 1.5MHz fixed operating frequency, allowing the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors. They have built-in phase compensation components and are available in SOT-23-6 (SSOP6) package.
