STMicroelectronics - High accuracy op-amp ideal for multiple applications

STMicroelectronics TSU112IY nano-power high-precision operational amplifier with ultra-low power consumption per channel of 920nA (typical value) and 1.3μA (maximum value at 3.3V power supply). Combined with a power supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, these features allow the operational amplifier to be efficiently powered by a coin-type lithium battery or regulated voltage in low-power applications. The high accuracy of 150µV (maximum) and the 9kHz gain bandwidth make this device ideal for sensor signal conditioning, etc.

Application areas of the device include battery management systems (ultra-low power operational amplifiers detect when the battery is charged/discharged and wake up the CPU), on-board chargers, signal conditioning for energy harvesting, and wireless chargers.
