Single micro power, chopper stabilized, RRIO operational amplifier

The ISL28133 is a single micro-power, chopper-stabilized operational amplifier optimized for a single-power operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V. Its low supply current of 18 μA and wide input range make it an excellent general-purpose operational amplifier suitable for a variety of applications.

The ISL28133 is ideal for handheld devices that run on 2 AA or a single lithium-ion battery. The ISL28133 is available in 5 Ld SOT-23, 5 Ld SC70, and 6 Ld 1.6mmx1.6mmµTDFN. All units operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C.
