      Vishay Semiconductor's VLMU3510-365-130 is a ceramic based high power UV LED with silicone lens and long service life. The package size is 3.45 mm x 3.45 mm, and the 500 mA radiation power is up to 835 mW in the wavelength range of 362.5 nm to 370 nm.

      Depending on the operating mode, these devices emit highly concentrated invisible ultraviolet rays, which may be harmful to human eyes. The products containing these devices must comply with the safety precautions in IEC 62471 "Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems".
